01. I only accept payments through PayPal. 02. Pay half the payment when ordering. 03. Copy the order list correctly and fill out all information. 04. You must own your own site. 05. Don't bug asking "Are you done?" or "Can you make me a layout?". 06. You must have knowledge of html. 07. You must link back to Twisted-Serene Designs either on the side bars, or you can link from the copyright on the layout. 08. You may not alter the layout when I am done with it. Just ask if you want changes to it. 09. After I've done your layout, banner, etc, you MUST pay the other half of the payment. I would also appreciate a comment.
